enamel jewelry is more delicate than precious metal pieces or gemstones. since enamel is glass, it’s prone to chipping if it’s handled roughly. please keep it away from lotions, shampoos and cleansers. avoid wearing in salt and chlorinated water, and heavy perspiration during exercise. never clean enamel in ultrasonic jewelry cleaners or with ammonia based cleaners. wipe clean with a dry microfiber cloth.
